To qualify for a loan, all loan borrowers must:
- Have a verifiable name, date of birth and social security number;
- Is at least 18 years of age;
- Have a credit score that meets the minimum credit underwriting requirements or, if the applicant does not have a credit score, has graduated from or is currently enrolled in (i) an associate's degree at an accredited school, (ii) a 4-year (bachelor’s degree) accredited college, or (iii) more advanced degree granting program; and (iv) has a job, or other verifiable source of regular income;
- Have a U.S. address;
- Is a resident of Massachusetts where the Creditor offers Covered Accounts;
- Passes the identity verification and OFAC screening;
- Have a valid e-mail account (meaning that UNI has checked the format of the address and, before funding, verified the consumer’s ability to send and receive mail at that address);
- Meet our minimum credit requirements; and
- Have a personal banking account at a U.S. financial institution with a routing transit number;
